Shipping Policy

At Wivagre, we value each and every single customer, and customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We are trying our best to speed up the process, and make your package arrive as soon as possible. Your patience will be highly appreciated. Thanks for your understanding.

1.Which countries can be delivered?

All the Wivagre products can be delivered to the United States only. We do not ship outside the United States now. However, if you are from other countries and are interested in our products, please contact us.

 

2. How much is the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping in the United States on orders over $30. If your order is under $30, you need to pay $5.5 for shipping. Customs duty will be covered by us.

 

3. When will my order be processed? How long will my product be delivered?

We need 3-5 business days to ready your item and our delivery time is 15 to 30 business days.

If you have a special case or requirement, please let us know.

 

4. Order Cancellation:

(1) The customer can only request an order cancellation if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 7 business days.

(2) You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. However, you shall be responsible for any loss arising from the cancellation of the order, such as the handling fee for PayPal transactions.

(3) Once the item is shipped, your order cannot be cancelled. If the customer refuses the package upon delivery, the customer will be charged for the return shipping.

 

5. Tracking Packages:

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package. A shipment notification, including the tracking information will be sent to your email address when your order is processed and leaves our facility.

 

6. How do I track my order?

You can track your order with your order number here. For more shipping information, send an email to contact supportservice@wivagre.com. We will respond to you within two business days.

 

Kindly Notes:

  1. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays, as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
  2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping.
